Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Project Rezor account and associated data without reinstalling the game. Email gugubabastudio@gmail.com with the subject Project Rezor account deletion. Include your linked email address and character name or account reference if known. A character name alone is not proof of ownership.

Verify ownership

For linked accounts, support arranges verification through the account's normal email-code mechanism. Never email login codes or authentication secrets. Guest players with an authenticated installation can delete directly in the game or obtain a single-use support verification reference from Account & Login. If you have lost an unlinked guest's credentials, tell support; we cannot promise recovery or deletion without sufficient proof. We will explain any inability to verify ownership.

Delete in the game

  1. Open Settings → Account & Login.
  2. Choose Delete Account and confirm. Guests do not need to add an email.
  3. Deletion is scheduled for 48 hours later. The deadline is shown in the game; linked accounts receive an email.

You may cancel in that menu before the deadline. Signing in does not cancel deletion. Support can also cancel a verified pending request before its deadline.

What is removed and retained

Deletion removes your character's name and saved progress, inventory and Gem balance, login credentials and linked email, friends, ordinary messages, blocks and policy acceptance. Restricted reported evidence follows the moderation retention rules. Historical trade/Gem records and minimal linked identifiers follow this period: [REQUIRED: justified retention period and deletion/minimization procedure for immutable trade and Gem records]. Backup copies expire within seven days; security logs within 30 days. Closed support correspondence expires after 90 days. These retained keys are not described as anonymous.
